I had some time to kill, so I thought I would try out Market Grill at the Independence Hyvee. There were maybe 8-9 people in there when I came in and the bartender/server. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The service was good. I had a tea and she offered a refill in a to go cup which was nice. The meal didn’t take too long to come out. Sadly, the fries were over done, as well as, the burger and bacon. Thankfully the flavor of burger and fries was good.

I purchased a dozen Red Roses for Valentines Day and what they delivered were not Red… instead they were a Orange Coral. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for flowers unless you want the left overs. I ordered these last week in plenty of time and what she got was ORANGE ROSES?!? WTH….

I was extremely disappointed tonight. The last time I visited the food was wonderful. However, tonight the opposite. The bartender was a quiet woman and seemed slow at her tasks. Once I ordered a medium cheeseburger and a beer she put the order in. I must add there was only 4 other people in the restaurant, only one ordered a meal. I sat and waited for a long time. I eventually asked the bartender to check on it and she told me it was coming. Well I originally ordered a medium burger (pink in the middle). When it finally showed up, it was beyond over cooked. I gave 2 stars because my beer was at least cold. Everything was over done and it wasn't as if they were busy. I'm repeating...very disappointed

We visited three different stores between yesterday and today and this Hyvee was the ONLY one with the PRETTIEST PERFECT ROSEBUDS AND BABY BREATH bouquets EVER! My bf was able to make my Valentine's Day early!

Had some downtime while my vehicle had tire work done next door, so I stopped into Hy-Vee Market Grille for lunch. I was one of 3 people in the restaurant but the waitress was very attentive and took good care to make sure I enjoyed my visit. The burger I ordered was truly delicious - very well-cooked, fresh and juicy. I had ordered tots with it, but she returned to tell me they were out of Tots per the chef - no problem, fries were fine. A few minutes after my burger came, the chef came out with hot tots telling me she had found some.Delightful experience made possible by staff who very obviously take pride in their job. I'll be back!
My favorite place to shop! Your food is fresh, and they have the best meats and seafood in town. The staff is also extremely helpful.

I live in texas, and ordered my mother flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered the day before. The arrangement was poor, does not look like $75 worth and my mother said when they were delivered… looks like they had fallen over on the drive. This picture below is after she tried to fix the arrangement to show me so I wouldn’t be so angry!!! The other picture she sent me, my mother believes is the decorative lettuce used as a filler!

Service was horrible. Rude employees, don't give a s*** about their jobs. Only cater to the white customers and that's the truth. They served me the hi rise breakfast and that s*** was burnt. When I called back to tell them about my orders, they got mad because they did a shitty job and tried to say if it was my order. F*** out of here with your shitty lazy a** service. McDonald's actually has better service than this s*** hole.

Had a wonderful experience this afternoon at the store. The employees behind the counters and the cashier were super friendly and nice. You can’t hardly find that in customer service these days. I was truly impressed!
