We visited three different stores between yesterday and today and this Hyvee was the ONLY one with the PRETTIEST PERFECT ROSEBUDS AND BABY BREATH bouquets EVER! My bf was able to make my Valentine's Day early!
Had some downtime while my vehicle had tire work done next door, so I stopped into Hy-Vee Market Grille for lunch. I was one of 3 people in the restaurant but the waitress was very attentive and took good care to make sure I enjoyed my visit. The burger I ordered was truly delicious - very well-cooked, fresh and juicy. I had ordered tots with it, but she returned to tell me they were out of Tots per the chef - no problem, fries were fine. I had some time to kill, so I thought I would try out Market Grill at the Independence Hyvee. There were maybe 8-9 people in there when I came in and the bartender/server. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The service was good. I had a tea and she offered a refill in a to go cup which was nice. The meal didn’t take too long to come out. Sadly, the fries were over done, as well as, the burger and bacon. Thankfully the flavor of burger and fries was good.
