Longhorn is always the bomb. I've never been disappointed going here.

I love coming here but some of the waiters are touch and go. We had one about a week ago that hardly even came to our table. He took our order and brought us our drinks but after that he only came back to deliver us our bill.

I took the wife out for Valentine's dinner. Things went Ok. Waitress was good. When our food came out it all went bad. My ribeye was fair except for about 25% fat. The wifes felat, ordered medium well was swimming in a plate of blood and red on the comple inside.Even that rare you could barely cut it with a steak knife. Waitress also commented it was wrong. Long story short, I finished my meal while waiting for the wifes meal to come out. When it came it was still red and tough. We asked the manager to just remove from bill and left. A Valentine's meal for the wife and I cost over $30 so she could sit and watch me eat. Manager could not understand the problem.

We went the Saturday before the Super Bowl, and it was fantastic. Service was quick and so kind; I unfortunately don't remember his name, but he gave my husband and I to go drinks without us asking. The food was delicious; we shared our two entrees and still left with food. Would highly recommend!

The manager Cheyenne is a horrible example of customer service!!!!!!!! Tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Longhorn and we are long time customers.
(Backstory) we’ve been trying for 2 days trying to prepare them that we were going to have a large party there for a 60th birthday party for my father in law. 4 phone calls we were told to call back, call back day of and speak to manager.
Today we’ve tried at least 4 times to call and figure out how we go about this blah blah blah we were told to call back closer to time. So we call at 5:30. We call at 5:30 and explain the situation and the long process this has taken. Cheyenne proceeds to tell my mother in law that she doesn’t like her tone and that if she continues to talk to her that she is going to refuse to serve us at all and seats us on complete different sides of the restaurant. At the end of the conversation she says it’s a 30 minute wait and they will seat us once we get there. We all get there at 6pm which is the time we told them and we are told they don’t know when they can seat us.
We waited for over an hour and a half watching large tables that were here after us be seated. We asked the hostess how much longer and she said there was one table they were waiting to get up that had been there since we had gotten there (1.75 hours). The hostess said that the manager Cheyenne refused to ask the table to leave even though the waiters and waitresses had asked for them to get up.
This was a clear example of horrible customer service!
We had been in communication with her manager who was very apologetic but was on vacation and unable to handle or help us in person.
Longhorn you have lost a large group of 15+ loyal customers who come every years for the last 6 years for birthdays….not anymore!
