I was in here a couple of days ago and the chunkier fella with the bushy beard(which should be in a hair net) and two different color socks and wearing shorts (I don’t think that’s appropriate for a food place) added meat to my pizza after baking it using the same unchanged gloves he touched the phone, computers, and digging through boxes of condiments with. I don’t think I’ll be back

Purchased a meatball bake and got less than a cup of food for 13 dollars not mention no meatballs and when I called the store I was told if you wanted more than that I should paid for more, will never buy again and hope nobody else ever buys from them , this is the 23 st in Independence location ,save yourselves. Do t buy.

My dad just placed an order through the app wanting to pay with cash, soon after we got a call telling us we needed to pay with card and that they only had one driver so they’d send it through DoorDash. My dad told them to just cancel the order and he replaced a different order on the app paying with card. The manager called very angry telling us they were going to cancel our order because they had already made our other order and had to eat the cost of that because we said we were “unable to make a card payment” we never said that and were never told they had already made the first order. My dad got upset and hung up but I decided to call back and speak to the manager, she was once again very rude when i explained we weren’t told they had already made the first order and were uncomfortable giving our card information via the phone which is why we did it through the app. She was very agressive when I don’t her we never said we were unable to pay with card we were just uncomfortable sharing our information over the phone. She told us she did not need our business tonight and hung up. My dad orders from here a lot and loves their pizzas but this has definitely made us reconsider where we will buy pizza in the future.

Well don't try to order anything on a holiday. Yes I understand you want to go home to your families, you aren't the only ones who have worked today and can't help about the major car wreck on the road and had to completely go around where you don't know where you are!! Thanks for not being understanding! You won't be getting anyone of our money! Happy holidays.

The pizza used to be better. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and there were hardly any pepperoni and overcooked.
