I absolutely adore this place. The people working it are kind. There is a bit of a wait on the food, but it's because they are COOKING IT UP in there. Everything tastes so fresh and they have some very cool items on the menu.
Great food order a few things for the family to eat I had the Philly cheese steak fries and wife had jerk chicken potato and it was a 10 kids love the food as well

Based on the reviews, Excellent Taste - The Potato Shack and catering is a must try. The food is amazing and packed with flavor. Customers recommend the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, the vegan potato, loaded fries topped with seasoned ground beef, and the fajita chicken n shrimp potato. The crispy wings coated in lemon pepper ranch seasoning and the wings, fries, and sauce are also crazy flavorful delicious. The service is top-notch, friendly, welcoming, and full of Southern charm. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about food allergy needs. The food is so good that everyone in one office said they would go back even though it is 28 minutes away. Customers say they will definitely be back and will recommend the restaurant to friends and family. The food truck is located at the Independence Ice Center and is the best selection for wings.
