I use to recommend but will not now.
I ordered a Spud Max which is usually larger than I received today. this was like two small potatoes cut in half . certainly not even as big as the inside of the plate. was not worth the 11 dollars spent on it. it's more like it should have been 5 dollars. it looked like when you order a sandwich and a potato. They messed up my order and waited way to long for my corrected order. Finally went up to the counter just to be told that they were training new people (not my problem). No apologies or remorse at all. For the price and quantity of food you receive, you would think that they would at least care if you are a happy customer.
I ordered catering for a training event yesterday and arrived to find the food nicely packaged up and ready to go on time. There were no errors and the food tasted great and all enjoyed! The friendly staff even helped us load it up. Would definitely recommend Independence McAlister's!!!
