The absolute best deli sandwich evvvvverrr! I doubt I'll be going to subway again soon. The Mac & cheese is superb and the pickles...oh my gosh, the pickles are so real and very good!

Our first and last trip to McAlisters. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a salad and they were still missing a sandwich. At no point did they offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Another customer complained about the same thing. Waiting over half an hour while others come and go. They are poorly managed. The food is mid and overpriced.

My grilled chicken club was so skimpy. No cheese, no lettuce. No solid chicken breast, just a few pieces like the nuggets on salad. A few bacon chips, not even enough to be one slice. Used to be a good place. I think it has gone downhill.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute disappointment. Burnt sandwich, Spud missing toppings, wilting salad. The food was awful and the manager was even worse. When I brought the issue to his attention, he blew it off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am super disappointed in the current quantity and quality of the food at the location in Independence, MO.We have been ordering from McAlister's in Independence for quite awhile, but the last several orders have been very disappointing.Ingredients left off, much smaller portions, old food...I did the math and can make a from-scratch, carrot cake with organic ingredients and spend as much as it costs for 1 piece of theirs. And my cake is moist, unlike the piece I got today.My order today was to celebrate my wedding anniversary, 02/18/2024. My husband, Randy, passed from ALS on 10/27/23 and McAllister's was our fave.
They said they were not hiring when they had a hiring sing for public

So… I love the food here. But this is now the 4th time I’ve ordered without tomato and gotten tomato on the sandwich. Every time the ticket says no Tomato too, I haven’t complained the other times cause I can pick it off, but I wouldn’t ever bring a friend here if they were allergic to anything.. it just seems to be a clear pattern at this point that they don’t read your order when they make it

Expensive! I spent over $30 for a meal for two. I may go again but I'll just order one menu item. Also, restaurants need to go back to small, medium and large drinks. The regular drink I had two people could share. I didn't drink all of my beverage. We are so wasteful in America!
