The "real" people at this location are very nice... WHEN YOU GET TO TALK TO THEM! However their AI order taking system whether inside or at the drive thru is a constant disappointment. So much so that I have taken to getting my morning coffee and breakfast at QT rather than constantly having to ask, and wait for a live person to take my order. I am sick, tired, and angered to consistently hear... "I'm sorry, we can't serve coffee like that... " And similar disappointments in ordering. The food is fine... It's getting it that is the difficulty!!!

Literal ?️, waited in line for over 24 minutes just for them to had me the wrong order then ALL my food was cold. I get waiting in line understandable but to have all my stuff cold is just ridiculous. Worst experience ever.
This Macdonalds is close to my house so I go there alot. They're always friendly but lately they have been shorting me on about every other order.

Food is most generally hot and fresh. Best McDonald's within a 15-mile radius of itself. All employees are kind no matter what shift or day of the week. They get my orders right 1,000 times over better than the stupid automated computer installed. It's so annoying. But when I hear the human employees' voice over the speaker, I know that it's all gonna be alright! Yes, the automated voice is pleasing, and she is bubbly but rarely gets my order right, nor does she understand the words coming out of my mouth. Please get rid of the AI or pay for an upgrade that really actually works.

I don't recommend going here on a Friday or Saturday night. Because the drive thru is always wrapped around the building and the line doesn't really move as quickly as other McDonald's. Be prepared for at least 30min to an hour wait.
