The problem is hiring kids who have their mind somewhere besides work.
The staff is incredibly rude when you order a drink one way and you have always ordered it that way and they make it wrong and you tell them that they throw a fit because well this is the correct size and I worked here for three years but it’s never been that way... well I’m sorry it’s not my fault I Ordered it one way and you made it wrong.!!!
