Unaware of their own policies and how to use their app. Even after asking for instructions and following them. Still chose to not honor rewards or even fault for knowing how it works. Don't come here, I know I won't anymore.
There was no diet/sugar-free beverage of any kind offered in the Coke Freestyle machine. The French fries tasted terrible - I suspect the oil in the fryer needed changed a while ago. There were also no containers of any kind available for the ketchup dispenser (and this was the case when we visited a couple months ago as well), so we ended up using cup lids to hold the ketchup. The tabletops attached to the walls all seem to be at a slight downward angle…wouldn’t be a huge...read full review

Gave it 3 stars on service because it took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order and then the card machine was down so my co-worker had to buy my lunch.
