I go to this Wendys before work a lot and they are fast, courteous, and ALWAYS put napkins and condiments in the bag! Awesome! Without asking! Over and beyond! Tried the orange Frosty today..yummy!

I was doing a curbside pickup (I ordered through DoorDash) and waited for more than 20 minutes. The woman at the counter (she has bleach blonde hair) was inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful. Not only me, but to other customers as well. When I asked when my order would be ready, she denied me service. FOR ASKING WHEN MY ORDER WOULD BE READY?? I then asked if I could get a refund and she said “No. Refunds are for when we haven’t confirmed.” I saw her pick up my receipt, wrinkle it in her hand and throw it away. She think proceeded to spit in my drink, and try to hand it to me while coughing all over the straw. To say I was pissed is an understatement. I understand times are tough, but to belittle and disrespect someone to that extent when they were simply asking a question is truly unacceptable. Wendy’s, DO BETTER! I will surely not be returning to this location.

Dining room was filthy. No tables that could seat more than 2 were clean, sticky drink area could not find a clean spot to set drink down and grab straws. Ketchup out. Most sodas not available. Person taking orders not able to answer questions or keep up with only 2 customers in line. Took very long time for food to be ready and not prepared as ordered. Staff not working together. Drive thru backed up at least 8-10 cars.

Very rude almost made me throw my shake. I will never ever return to this location. Poor customer service, I should have asked for a refund. it sounded like they didn’t want to work there. Fries cold, food wasn’t fresh. Highly disappointed!!! ?

Came through this morning and ordered a number 2. I asked for Chocolate Iced Coffee. I received a Vanilla. The sandwich was ice cold. I called and asked for the manager. She sounded like a real peach. This place is a dump. I'll think twice before returning. $10 for garbage.

Gave it 3 stars on service because it took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order and then the card machine was down so my co-worker had to buy my lunch.
