They mess up my order on a double cheeseburger it did not have no cheese on it at all

So every time I go to this location the mess up my order and this last time was it for me. Go thry drive threw. Not only do they accidentally have ne pay for someone else order they did it twice. The card then would no longer work. Due to them. I was then told that I was out of luck. This was the only card I had money on to feed my son till payday. But instead of the manager being understand and comping the meal for the trouble he was insensitive and repeated I cant give you 18 worth of food even if it is our fault. So ya im done and will be talking to his manager tomorrow. Save ourself the trouble dont go to this local.

Order a large French fries threw the app for curbside waiting 30 minutes, nothing. Went through the drive thru, got the wrong order, went inside and was told they didn't have my order and even showed my receipt and wasn't given my food.

Very friendly staff! Go above and beyond to treat the customer right! A big shout out to the Night Manager Denalio, he runs a very respectful staff that's extremely efficient, and keeps the store in above standard cleanliness , thank you Denalio!

There's not really much to tell about a McDonald's restaurant. We've all grown up with them. We've all been in them a million times they're all the same.We know that the quality of the food for a fast food place, in my opinion, is fairly high? Who can argue with a McDonald's French fry? Are classic just as good today as they were 50 years ago? Everything's the same as it was fifty years ago I guess that's why there's still here

I come here daily. I'm sure the would recognize me if they saw me even. I am so frustrated over the app malfunctioning. I have not been able to successfully use my app three times this week. So loss of savings, and points and finding an employee who actually cares is a joke. The manager is shoving you out of the last window as quick as she can. No time for anything, not even for a regular customer..I came back just to have to go off about them messing up my order. This entire store is a joke the main manager is t even fluent in English for customer issues they have to use a punk ass attitude kid for translation. Shut this whole McDonald's down.

The most unprofessional service i have ever received at any fast food restaurant. Im not going to waste my time or money here ever again.
I got a big family so I ordered 12 McChicken and the cook said what dumb ass ordered this many while I was standing in the store. The manager did nothing. and the worker didn't get in any trouble. Nice to know how they really feel about their customers.

SUPPOSEDLY never have any coffees available, you will NEVER receive what you actually order, and when you do it will be somehow burnt AND undercooked at the same time. Disgusting and pathetic, only saving grace is the sweet lady at the pay window in the morning.

For some reason this location doesn't have Big Breakfast with Steak on the menu. The steak is in stock, it just can't be ordered. Other locations have the option.
