I just want fresher fries lol. But aside from that ordering through the app makes orders have a better chance of being doen right. Sometimes the ones taking the order are fighting the wind and people playing music or just not speaking up.

People are rude everytime I go thru drive thru . I called up there yesterday and said I got the wrong sandwich I was supposed to get egg and sausage mc muffin meal and one of the guys said I’m sorry about that and I said can I get a refund or get free sandwich next day he said idk if we can do that I’m sorry I kept complaining I just got tired of complaining so rude. They sometimes snach my card out of my hand rude don’t say have a great day or anything.i used cash and never got my receipt

Waited over 15 mins for a mobile order, husband decided to go inside and our order was just sitting on a table, an employee comes and he’s about to give my husband his order when the manager started telling him to hold on like we didn’t just wait for it for over 10 mins, she was completely rude to the employee that was only doing his job. We were also missing food on our order.

This place sucks. They won't sell a cheaply made kids toy separately. I've never been told no to buying a kids toy separate at any other McDonald's. Nasty place inside.

I went on line to find a McDonald's with a play area for my grand daughter. I am from out of state. This one said it had a play area butt there is not one here. There was only a machine to order and it isn't very user friendly and took much longer than if there was an actual person. The food was not great. Fries were good but the chicken sandwich... yuck. The place was dirty to boot. Not like McDonald's of old.

A-Team Travels
Visited here on a late night "creep" for a Quarter Pounder w/extra cheese. There was one person in front of me in line and the service was really slow ?. The lady who I placed my order with was pleasant and I believe she was the same one who took payment and provided me with my order.
We were staying at a nearby hotel and when I tell you I couldn't wait to get back to our room and eat - I mean it. I was ravenous and I was ready to "throw down", if you know what I mean. Sadly, that feeling didn't last long.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. First of all the restaurant is approximately three minutes from the hotel. The food was ice cold and I couldn't understand why if it was served hot to begin with. Needless to say it wasn't.
The burger ? and fries were salty as all get out. The food didn't taste fresh and the burger was just "slopped" together as though whoever made it didn't want to be there and they wanted everybody including the customers to know it.
Listen I get it, this isn't fine dining and fast food is a hard gig sometimes. I'm sure they aren't being paid what they should but what happened to if you're going to do something do it right or don't do it at all?!? This visit was a miss for me and I went to bed still left "wanting" for a doggone QP and some hot fries to dip in ranch. Stop ✋ it! I dun told y'all about the judgement. Lol!
Bottom line: There are definitely some areas of opportunity that management/ownership need to explore here. Until they do, I'd steer clear of this one.

I went through drive around 9:50 there was a line from the speaker to the last window i orders 4 mcchickens and I would say it took about 3 minutes order pay and receive fresh food best experience at McDonald’s in years!

Waiting 20+ minutes at curbside for order, little to no line with occasional single vehicle passing drive thru, finally got served order, missing drink, employee acknowledged the missing drink, left me waiting for another 5 minutes before I walked into store, waited another 7 minutes, was handed an empty cup and told to get it myself. Fantastic. Fries were old and cold, haven’t looked at the rest of the food yet.
