“Shout out to Lacey on 291 in Independence for fixing my confusion. Although this was not her fault, she stepped up, went above the norm, and handled my situation professionally, accuratley, and quickly.... not to mention she was friendly the entire time. I never leave comments, but i felt like she deserved one. Im sorry Lacey for the headache or confusion, but thank you so much for everything! Happy Holidays girl!“
“My aunt works here her name is Jamie and she is really nice and takes really good care of me and atmosphere is very nice however it's hard for the employees to talk to the customers cuz they're always so darn busy. All the women there are very pretty very nice and very helpful they're always very kind and they will crack a joke here and there sometimes give you a hard time overall I really enjoy the environment and the atmosphere of this place I feel very safe here I feel very welcome and it has a warm smooth vibe to it.
Parking: There's also a drive-thru through to this place so you can place an order on the mobile app or call them in and drive through the drive-thru and they're always really quick with the drive-thru because the drive-thru has our priority and then next priority is their customers and then the last priority is DoorDash orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp so you'll be able to get them out in the ramp is pretty big. It's a big sidewalk with multiple connections to the other Taco Bell as well there's also a drive-thru at this place“
“I really like this location. I can't remember the last time I got a bad pizza from then.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best place for wheel chair access. Waiting area is kind of small. It is accessible but probably not the best setup for wheelchair.“
“I've been coming here since 2021 and I've never had a bad experience! We recently discovered my daughter is lactose intolerant. This evening her cheeseless pizza was forgotten in our order of 4 pizzas. I called and everyone i spoke to was nothing but kind, they remade my pizza, and even let me know on pickup they cut it with a clean knife for her. Little things like that are what make true customer service. We're all humans and make mistakes, but they way the employees treat their customers is a true value to me.“
