Absolutely worst Super Bowl pizza experience. I ordered 3 pizzas and they gave it away to the wrong customer and had to remake and took forever. Do not order from here on a busy occasion.

Pizza was HORRIBLE and will be the LAST pizza we ever get from Pizza Hut. The store brand from Walmart is 10x better than the soggy disgusting mess we went out and picked up tonight

I ordered delivery. I did not get my entire order, so I tried to call to let them know. I also informed the Doordash delivery driver. First I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. I called back and got through to the general customer service, who finally put me through to the store, who said they had delivered the order (or the missing part) and who sounded really hostile. I checked my door but nothing. After an hour of trying to resolve this, I am just done with the situation and with Pizza Hut.

Shout out to Lacey on 291 in Independence for fixing my confusion. Although this was not her fault, she stepped up, went above the norm, and handled my situation professionally, accuratley, and quickly.... not to mention she was friendly the entire time. I never leave comments, but i felt like she deserved one. Im sorry Lacey for the headache or confusion, but thank you so much for everything! Happy Holidays girl!

i ordered two pizza's, got them, they forgot my 4 dipping sauces. I called store and was routed to call center where i encountered an unenthused rep. I told her what happen and did not get any commit but will have them send them out; that's it. i knew it would never come. I wait to make this post for an hour and a half, have not ordered pizza hut in a long time and will be a long time again

Ordered my pizza online online somehow screwed up my address. The driver took the pizza back because he wouldn’t drive an additional 4 miles to my house without me giving him an additional tip. I get there they have to remake my order so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order And then I get home and it’s the wrong freaking thing my bad for not checking it out whatever I before I left never go back to this one again.
