My husband went this evening for an online pick up order. He had been waiting awhile and when he politely asked one of the attendants where our order was, she told him to "suck it up and quit wasting her time." If this is how your employees speak to a paying customer since 2013, then my family and I will be taking our shopping elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the pizza. It is a 3/10 in my opinion. To be fair that is on a scale where costco pizza is a 6/10. The cheeder hot dogs are legit delicious but i would rather buy them in the cold section and cook um at home.

The cashier people and workers are really nice and try to be quick with making the whole pizzas. I am just sad deluxe pizza isn't offered any more. But I like the new sundaes they have.

Their food and service is going down hill. One day you couldn't buy a fountain drink. Can't rate anything else went else where .
You can't go to Sam's Club without stopping by the cafe for a tastey, super affordable snack. It's the only reason my kids ever tag along. The service is friendly and fast. The prices stay low. So it's a win for me and the kids.
