Customer service is literally non existent. Especially at the fuel service. Attendant (chunky bald dude with a black eye) decided to get a huge attitude with me about a slight safety concern regarding him and his trainee! (Whom I assume was a trainee anyway.) I was told that basically my safety concern would be of the customer's issue if they got hurt and to "take my safety concern elsewhere". You got it bro. We definitely won't be renewing our membership after this!

Has anyone beside myself noticed that more items are discontinued in store but available online. It seems items are available, but because they no longer stock them in store, they can charge shipping as well as PROMOTE the plus membership for free shipping. Items I use to just get off the shelf, 6 months ago, now must be ordered from Sams's club.com and a shipping fee added. OH, but if you up grade to Plus Membership , $55 more so you can get items at the price you use to get them in store. Everytime I visit that store or go online I am pounded with Upgrading my membership. If what I have is no longer anygood then I'm thinking it's time to just stop all membership and more on.

OMGosh I love Sam's Club Cafe for a quick bite ... UNBELIEVABLE how cheap it is for me to eat there before shopping w My Granddaughters ... The food is always so fresh and hot ... The only problem we had was on July 17th we were there and we got the hotdog combo w a icee and they just charged us more for it ... Today she would not let us buy it that way ... She said she couldn't... I told her we had did it just a week before and she argued w me... So we just let her do it her way ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

One of the things I like about Sam's CLub isI having pizza lunch with yogurt. This is the worse snack bar.Behind in making pizza. Cold. Yogurt machine out. Slow service and unfriendly employees

Been a customer since the club was at 40 hwy & Noland. Went to buy filets at the meat counter today. I was ignored for 10 mins while the employees clowned in the back, No recognition at all. What happened? This used to be an asset to the store and now its an embarrassment. Employee dropped a whole beef loin on the floor and they all laughed. What the hell?

I mixed word w an employee of Sam's club, the white guy said to me that y'all do this all the time. I tell him this was my first time doing so then he called a code "Brown"... I'm like wtf, who's "Y'ALL"and why would u call a code "Brown" to a Brown man in the heat of an discussion...
I stared calling at 6:40 to be courteous and let them know my boyfriend would be picking up my 7pm pick up order. it rings ring rings for 5 minutes then I get hung up on. the second time, same thing, third time someone answered and transferred me to the "pick up department" and again I was hung up on. it's now 7:08, my 6-7 pm is still not done and no one has answered the phone again.
