We had Uce Kitchen cater for my daughter's wedding and Cam always comes through with nothing but the best. He communicated well and addressed all of my questions or concerns in a timely manner. We had teriyaki chicken and kalua pork and everything was delicious! Cam and crew were professional and worked efficiently during the reception. I highly recommend Uce Kitchen for any event!

Stopped by after work and got the roasted vegetables with rice and husband had teriyaki chicken and a sausage. Everything tasted amazing! We will going back for sure!

My husband and I were out just spending the day together and seen the food truck. We decided to stop in and we were so glad we did!!!! The food is absolutely amazing!!! We will be looking for them and going back!!!

Seen they had a pop up near me in Liberty and stopped in. I enjoyed everything on my kalbi plate. The kalbi was tender and full of flavor, rice was perfectly cooked and the mac salad is delicious. I’ll be looking out for their pop ups more. Highly recommend!

The garlic chicken plate was flavorful and delicious. Just the right amount of crisp and flavor. Macaroni salad was garlicky and creamy! Also one plate gave me 2 meals.

Loved seeing Uce Kitchen at SantaCaliGon! They have the BEST garlic chicken I’ve ever had!!
