Miss Rebecca has the best customer service attitude out of all the smoothie kings I’ve experienced in KCMO metro area!!!!It’s my second time at the location first was walk-in and today drive tru and she made my day!!!!

I’ve been to the independence smoothie king plenty of times and it’s finally time for a review. Smoothies are always great but the main win is the lady that works there, I wish I knew her name. If you’ve been there, you know her. She’s always there. And she is just the best. I’ve never seen her even a little frustrated. She is always happy and her attitude will instantly make your better. We need more people like her.

When it comes on the prompt and the next voice you hear is Ms Rebecca!!! I be so excited !!! Her being at the window is so exciting and knows your order !! She always asks if you want to add something or try something different. Her Chiefs spirit and photos make my Monday and Friday before and after a win.
I tried their smoothie bowls today and it was very delicious! I really love how filling it is and it makes you feel great that it’s actually healthy. Amazing location and great customer service.
