Stop by sometimes before work. The woman that opens the store during the week is amazing! Always opens right at 7:00am like they say, she is super friendly, and can walk you through the menu if you’re not familiar with it.

Was treated with total disrespect had 4 people on staff was told inside of store was not open due to short staff fyi no cumstomer where in drive thru or lobby. My question is how many people does it take to make a smoothie! I feel discriminated as a black man I don’t want to ever hear I can’t be sold something when I have the money to pay for it!

Customer service is great but my smoothies are never made right. They’re either way too runny or way too icy and not well blended enough for me to sip up thru my straw.

I love smoothie king, I keep giving this one another chance because it's closest to where I live and every time the smoothie just always taste watered down and not very good compared to other smoothie kings I have had.

I have never been to Smoothie King before but I will definitely be returning! The lady at the drive through was extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves a raise! The smoothie was really good too! Overall super impressed with the customer service :)
We have always received excellent service but today, the rudeness from two girls will cause us to go to another location All employees in the past have been so kind and have gotten our orders correct Today, they messed it up twice and we still ended up with 1 out of 3 wrong Smoothies I hope the rudeness doesn't continue.

The tall African American girl with braids and glasses is rude and obnoxious. She's not welcoming to customers or drivers. I also noticed her wiping her nose with her bare hand and then continue to handle orders. Disgusting and unprofessional

My initial review was a little negative. I had a couple bad experiences when visiting, due to attitude problems the young staff seemed to have. I have since then revised my statement. I returned the other day, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that they were kind and plan to keep going back, if things stay this way.

This was my first time trying Smoothie King and yes, I will be stopping by whenever I am out that way. Maybe I'll get lucky and one will come to Topeka Ks some day or I'll move closer to KC
