So I was doing some last minute christmas shopping last week and decided while Im at the mall I have to get some Topsys... I got cheese,butter,and caramel and was disappointed half way through the cheese and butter that it was mostly crumbs. For paying over $30 for the tin I was expecting it to be all big pieces of popcorn not cups fulls of crumbs

I wish I would have seen the previous reviewer's comments about the cheese popcorn from the Independence Center location sooner. We have the exact same experience with the quality. I purchased a 3.5 gallon mix of cheese, butter, and caramel last Thursday and when we finally opened the can over the weekend we discovered the cheese was mostly barely-popped kernels and inedible. We have been able to pick through it to find some fully popped kernels, but man, if you bite one of the bad kernels it nearly breaks a tooth. For the price, this is awful quality. Lastly, I called Topsy's customer service number yesterday and had to leave a message--24 hours later I have not heard a peep.

The one in Independence mo. often sells stale popcorn and when you call for a refund or a replacement the manager, Samantha has a really bad attitude about it. She makes you feel as if it’s your fault. I recommend you going when it’s fresh because I don’t think they change it out as often as they should. The one in the plaza is better

Don't buy the prepackaged popcorn, it comes already made from a warehouse. You don't know how long it's been sitting waiting to be shipped out to any of the stores. 2 thumbs down!!

I was given a small tin of topsys. I was very disappointed in the cheese pop corn. We are getting hard kernels like rocks. I see another person has the same complaint. I’ve had topsy every Christmas growing up. The flavor is still the same wonderful taste. But it never had all the hard pieces of kernel the cheese popcorn does. Please resolve this issue. It’s horrible and could’ve broken my teeth. This Tom came from the independent store. My friend lives there and purchased it at your store.

Workers were great. Quality is horrible. The cheese is all kernels and is half of the tri flavor can. 50 dollars for this is unacceptable.
I showed up 7 minutes early and was told to go to Walmart if I wanted to buy a big amount.
Good selection of popcorn tins and sizes. Nice clean looking store. Helpful employees.
