The one on 24 Highway the lady in the morning shift in drive through is so sweet and nice she just said her name was Bobbie and I give her a 20 stars

It is bad that a person influences the reputation of a place that should be pleasant. On the night of Wednesday, February 19, the bad-tempered employee is not capable of providing good service without being rude, three cars in front of me were poorly served in the driver truck and that's how it was with me. I think the broken screen in this store is related to the unprofessional and aggressive service. I will remember not to return to this store

I came to grab breakfast this morning before work. When I pulled in there was a construction cone in the middle of both the entrance and exit here. I went to go tell the lady at the window after she took my card and she closed the window super fast before I could say something. When she came back with my card I told her and she said "ok" with an annoyed tone and closed the windows in my face. I pulled off to the side to eat before I started driving and no one came to move the cones in that time. It was almost like they wanted the cones there so people would think they were closed they didn't have to work.

Frustrating service and cannot get orders right.. I’m new to the area and rarely ever eat Wendy’s, so we decided to get some as it was one of the closer restaurants. We ordered a quite expensive meal via UberEats and the driver ended up stealing our whole order! We were refunded (including the tip) DAYS later from Uber, but nothing else was done about this, other than a report filed on the driver, and we got no food that night. Decided some weeks later to try ordering from here again to give it another shot, on UberEats.. Again. We ordered for three adults. Everything seemed to be going fine; Our food got finished quickly and our driver was very nice- He even delivered it in a timely manner. Well, when we opened the bag, inside was a child’s meal consisting of a tiny plain burger, a small lemonade, and a cheeseburger.. Nothing else other than those three items stuffed inside a large bag with NO receipt or proof of online order, which every restaurant I have online ordered from does that. I thought maybe it had to have been the delivery service, but after reading the reviews it seems like going to the actual location is just as bad. I hate making complaints, but this is just absurd.

Ordered on mobile 15 minutes before arrival . Was told to wait in the drive-through. Waited 10 minutes and asked if the worker was still there . They said to hold on . Waited another 15 minutes . Canceled my order and left.

I just received my order from this restaurant ordered by Doordash I pay extra for adding tomatoes, lettuce and extra sauces and I receive a burger with nothing just meat and cheese to order again there I have to pay the entire order

Absolutely the worst Wendy's Everytime all day every shift. I liv by here and am totally ashamed. Terrible service from everyone there every day. Complete joke, never never go there. Don't waste your time.

Went to the drive-thru, there was no one else in line. I ordered a biggie bag nothing special, I was parked I went in after 20 minutes and still waited another 8 minutes for my food no one at all in the Drive- through. I don't understand what the wait was for because there was no one else but me and one other person. They were rude about it call Mom I'm upset because I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for the food that I now don't have time to eat

This store is always trashed, from the dining room to behind the counter to the bathrooms. Every single person that works here has an attitude. We been sitting in drive thru, nobody in front of us for now 10 minutes, as soon as I mention we are coming in they answer the drive thru. How convenient...they pull people over immediately to the side to get better drive thru times, I know this because I use to work at wendys and this is an old manager trick. Regardless, any wendys in independence is better than this one, cleanliness, service, and food. Do not waste your time at this location. Now that we have been moved our of the drive thru let's see how long it actually y takes, it is now 12:06 pm on a Saturday. We ordered a triple baconator for my husband and a blt crispy chicken biggie bag...crispy chicken is like 4 minutes cook in the fryer the burgers take even less because they are fresh never frozen. Welp, they messed up the order of the person in front of us. Lol this place is a joke....it is now 12:12. Crispy chicken is so hard can not even eat. Do not waste your time or money this location needs shut down and completely revamped. Gross

Horrible food, I ordered a son of the baconater and they put two junior patties on it that you would get on a double stack and hard bacon and also order the regular baconator hard old horrible bacon bits not full length pieces and the smaller patties that should have been on the son of bac., when I questioned it with the manager he said that’s how it’s always been which is not true and acted like nothing was wrong with the bacon, I use to go to this location with my son all the time will never return after the horrible interaction with “management” and the the horrible food
