I just got home from ordering breakfast and the first bite I took of my Cinnabon pull-aparts had a piece of plastic embedded in it. From the looks of it, it looks like the same plastic used to make the cups.

I've had an order here messed up multiple times during slow moments. I'd called to let them know one day and was told to come in at my convince for them to make it right. When I went to claim the fixed order, none of the staff claimed to know what I was speaking about, and was told I would be called and notified later, which I never was.

Store is very slow never have the order done when i order a ahead. Lacking do better customers orders should be a priority the guy basically pushed my order back just to help the customers in the store first. Smh

Employees were very rude and food was very cold and I was very disappointed I mentioned the food being cold better than replacing my order I'm pretty sure that they just dropped my nuggets in my thighs back into the grease my cheeseburger was ice cold stila after it was replaced employees for cussing constantly like children it sounded like jailhouse talk
