I felt really bad for the staff this Thursday night. Pick up orders were slammed all the way up to the entrance. By the time i arrived to the window I was told the wait was 15 minutes on top of the first initial 30 minutes I waited after making the order. So we drove to the end of the line to wait only to be told it was going to be another 15 minute wait by the time we got to the window the second time, I ended up requesting my money back which is something I usually never do....read full review

Fantastic store, staff was really nice, they worked fast & efficiently to get our order out. We walked in on eclipse day & ordered in person as traffic was horrible & we didn't know when we would arrive in Jackson. We waited for our order & it was done within the 15 minutes quoted timeframe.
