We got stuck in Jeff City waiting for the Amtrak and spent several hours in Cork and Board killing time. The board games were fun and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were reasonable, but overall we were happy to have found the place and really enjoyed our time there.

Interesting atmosphere in an older, charming building. We sat outside, and the server was more than accommodating and checked on us frequently. But all four of us decided that our drinks (four different drinks) were less than expected. Two of us even mentioned that they might be the worst cocktail we've ever had. His was the Scotland Yard, and mine was the Checkmate. The checkmate apparently claimed to be an Old Fashioned, but unlike other drinks, didn't mention any of the ingredients.
Many of the other reviews are really positive, so maybe this was just one random bad experience, but I wouldn't go back for drinks.

We took the train from lees summit missouri to jeff city for the day and ended up at Cork & Board! It is such a fun, quaint place with over 150 board games to choose from. The owner was so welcoming and nice that we will certainly be back!

I absolutely would have given this five stars, but I was disappointed that their menu has changed significantly. It's still a fantastic place to go to hang out with some friends and just chill with a drink and a snack.

Go! Sit down, have a drink, grab a game, order some food (spinach & artichoke dip is awesome)! Husband & I were just passing through and stumbled upon. Weren't sure when we walked in, but SO glad we stayed. Had a great time.
Recently took Amtrak from Kansas City to Jefferson City to pick up a young relative. Had time to pass before catching the evening train back to KC, so stopped in and very please we did. I appreciated the variety of charcuterie boards, including gluten free options, which made a perfect afternoon snack. We found a variety of suitable, including the all time classic Rock'em Sock'em Robots which our young relative loved! Service was friendly and prompt, and vibe was bright and welcoming. Would definitely return!
