“I’ve gone to other locations where I ordered the 8 piece wings. Never have I’ve been given ONLY drummies. I perfer the mixture of both as I’m not a drum fan! Disappointed! I did call but was told the manager had stepped out! Didn’t call back because I don’t feel like going back out. Btw…the customer service at the window was nice.“
“The absolutely great I placed an order for the free delivery for Thursday nights DoorDash completely messed up our order. I had to call KFC three times trying to figure out why they did not have my order. Brittany Richardson actually called me back to walk me through what happened and turns out it was completely DoorDash’s fault, she even called DoorDash to argue with them on sending their delivery driver out too early. I received all my food nice and fresh and hot even though the first door dasher did not want to understand what was going on. Brittany called me back two times just to confirm what was going on with my order , this is awesome and thank you KFC and Brittney Richardson for your service“
“Yesterday at lunch I placed an order through the Champs app and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the food great but so was the service! I placed the order and then arrived a couple of minutes earlier than the app said it would be ready. I was acknowledged and greeted as I walked in which is not something you get with most other places. The gentleman that helped me (I believe his name is Christian) was great! He has helped me the last three times I’ve been to Champs and he has been great every time! From his energy you can tell that he either enjoys what he does or he is just really good at what he does. It was very much appreciated!“
“The Chick-fil-A people have it figured out. They consistently have good food and service. Their app, drive-thru, etc. all function effectively. I’ve been to several and all are similar - well staffed with polite and pleasant people who are helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.“
