She managed to be quick, attentive, and genuinely caring all at once — something you don’t see often. It’s clear she takes pride in her job, and it made our evening that much better. I actually went to the Ecco Lounge the night before I continued my move east this Spring with my folks. It's a restaurant they like going to occasionally and there's a couple dishes they like to have when visiting.
