It's just a store you go in pick up whatever you need, you buy it then keep it moving. The place is run by non English speaking people's so if you don't speak the language then pretty much its what it is.

One of the best places to eat in Jeff City! Very authentic food and vibe. The menu is full of delicious items and the service is quick. The family who owns this place are great people and put a lot of hard work and care into their business. Highly recommend!

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. An absolute gem in Jefferson City. Blanca and Jaime are always so kind and welcoming whenever I come in. Food is 10/10 and the variety of drinks even better. A great place for the whole family or even just with a small group of friends.

Extremely disappointing experience tonight. The food was very greasy, but the bigger issue was the service. A child at the table behind us became sick and the parents tried to get help from staff for several minutes. When someone finally came over, she loudly complained about the mess instead of helping, which completely ruined our meal. When we went to pay, the woman at the counter became aggressive, called me inappropriate names, and hit my arm when I tried to take a photo so I could report the behavior to management. Her own daughter was telling her to stop because she was going too far. This used to be our go-to Mexican restaurant, but the quality of both the food and service has clearly declined. Staff putting their hands on a customer and using that kind of language is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate management reaching out to address this situation.

Sorry this it long but I am kinda mad. I used to come to this restaurant all the time, and it was always good. However, after my first visit in years, I was extremely disappointed. The quality has gone downhill significantly.
The salsa bar was the first major issue. I took some sauce from it and found hair in it. Other items on the bar looked old and unappetizing as well. It was honestly disgusting and immediately set a bad tone for the meal.
To be fair, we had a party of 10, and I understand that English is not everyone’s first language. That said, when I ordered my food, I was under the impression that the server repeated it back correctly. When my meal arrived, it was wrong. I ordered vegetarian fajitas, but I specifically did not want carrots or other odd additions. The kitchen clearly did not follow the request.
I also tried multiple times to order deep-fried jalapeños. Instead, they brought me sliced jalapeños. In every Mexican restaurant I’ve been to—including this one years ago—this dish is typically three whole deep-fried jalapeños. When I questioned it, they told me I could get some from the salsa bar and refused to bring fresh ones, which made no sense.
The drink service was just as bad. They do not have shot glasses. I ordered a double shot of Jack Daniels and clearly stated I only wanted the liquor. They brought me a Jack and Coke. When I corrected them, they then served my shot in a mug.
The queso dip was especially embarrassing. Queso is basic: butter and flour to make a roux, add heat, then heavy cream and cheese in proper amounts. What they served tasted like someone melted a little cheese into milk, stirred it once, and called it a day. It was bland, thin, and nothing close to actual queso.
Overall, the food was less than mediocre. I have never had such a bland meal, and everyone else at the table over the age of nine agreed. This place used to be one of my top spots growing up, and now I honestly wonder what happened.
I will never go back. I’m genuinely upset that I had to pay for this experience, and in hindsight, we should have walked out. The food, service, and cleanliness were all unacceptable

The food is pretty good for the price. We get the grilled steak nachos. A big portion at a decent price. There are much better places for mexican spots in Jeff. This one isn't bad though.

The Chiles Verde here is addictive!! It’s the best I have ever had. The pork is super tender and the sauce is tangy and flavorful. The prices are fair with large portions. Employees are friendly and orders come out hot and quick.

It was pretty good nothing to write home about. I've had worse. My buddy and I thought about going to Chipotle in lieu.

Food bland, was served cold, taco shells tasted like the kind out of a box, salsa was flat tasting, did not taste authentic. Will not return here. Server did not speak good English which cause order Mix up and mistakes. Was disappoint our party barely at half their plates.
