Went there today with my son. Had to wait to order while money got counted. Ok, whatever. Got an incorrect item. The receipt was wrong, which indicates the order was taken wrong. They tried to give me the correct sandwich which was around a dollar less than the incorrect sandwich that I paid for. After I spoke up, they sort of made it right by giving me a second sandwich. Always enjoy a fresh cooked burger so always ask they cook it fresh. I told them twice to cook the meat fresh and I don’t mind waiting. The burger came to me in about 1 minute. Could not have been cooked fresh. I commented again that it could not have been cooked that fast. They guaranteed me it was fresh. The burger was dry and room temp so not fresh. Tasted like cardboard. The Dr Pepper was watered down and my shoes stuck to the floor walking in and out. Go find a better burger...read full review
