First off they were experiencing a supply problem. I decided to give them a break. The young lady at the register was so nice and friendly . I actually asked the store manager her name to comment on her here, but I forgot her name. I'm not a big KFC customer but I would go back to this one.
The absolutely great I placed an order for the free delivery for Thursday nights DoorDash completely messed up our order. I had to call KFC three times trying to figure out why they did not have my order. Brittany Richardson actually called me back to walk me through what happened and turns out it was completely DoorDash’s fault, she even called DoorDash to argue with them on sending their delivery driver out too early.
