McDonald's on Missouri boulevard, worst customer service ever! I called.. got hung up on, called a second time just because I figured the first call got disconnected. The lady that answered the phone literally cussed me out and told me to "quit fkn calling her fkn store." 11/20 6:16 pm
I've been in this line for 23 minutes...to get a coffee. NOT my first issue here but is only McDonald's ON my way home. Anymore, every visit is more of a disappointment. And STILL not to the window!
This is the second time in two months at night and the service was horrible at the drive thru. The first time they took forever to answer and it was only when I started saying they were ignoring me that they finally came in and took my order. Tonight I know they were ignoring me. I was at the speaker at least 3-5 minutes. We were right behind a car that just ordered.
