I always ask for mayo, lettuce, and pickles only on my burger. They never get that correct. Even though they put the tag saying what I asked for, it is always wrong. So I wipe everything off and eat it plain. But hey, it is McDonald's. You don't come here for customer service. You come here because it is fast and you don't have time.

The staff are friendly but the rush hour breakfast line is sluggish. Partially because of production time, and partially because people don't know how to use the two lane system effectively. Over time McDonalds turned from a kid friendly environment to all about business and transactions. Its no longer a destination for family time but instead nothing more than a quick meal to return to busy schedules. The quality of food hasn't gone down, but at the same time the menu...
