Let me start by saying that I cannot remember a time that our family has visited this McDonald's and actually had our order come out right. There have been COUNTLESS instances where we have gotten all the way home before realizing half of our order was missing from the bag. Then there are things like this morning where there are HUGE egg shell chunks in my Mcmuffin. This has happened the last 3 times we have gotten breakfast. This is unacceptable. McDonald's, please take a page from Chick-fil-A regarding service and quality. Thus is unacceptable!!!

Got take out from inside, used kiosk. This was about 840 at night. Only customer in there, wasn't acknowledged after I paid for my order. It was a couple minutes later a young female asked me if I had been helped, i replied yes, i did it through the kiosk. heard the comment from a female to one of the cooks, it's a kiosk order. The female in a red shirt seemed to be more occupied on being her phone both voice and texting. Also it seemed unsanitary when as she was scooping the fries up, she would get and eat in in plain view. I noticed this happened twice. I just stood there waiting and finally I believe he was the manager on duty since he had a different shade of blue shirt on came up and I heard him say. What is he waiting on--he's been here a while. So he bagged my order and handed it to me and apologized.

WE FOUND A BONE IN THE CHICKEN SANDWICH! My husband ordered a spicy McChicken and as he finished eating he found a bone in the last bite. Be careful with your children eating their chicken sandwiches!!!!

Best McDonald's in jeff city. The drive thru staff seem to have lost their etiquette as of late. No more welcome to McDonald's anymore just, are you using your app? Jim Gaffigan has to be proud. We are to the point we can just say 3 numbers to order everything we want. Its a people problem, not McDonald's.

Couldn't complete our order at the kiosk asked for help and the employee asked for her manager who was very rude and yelled at her in front of us. Sounds like a horrible place to work.
I just wanted something quick to eat so I stopped here to get dinner.

Their customer service has become obsolete. No apologies for screw ups, getting yelled at for asking for pepper packets and ketchup? Not to mention they can’t find anyone to work there so their staff looks like a prison work release program. Your staff needs to go down to Chick-fil-A and take notes!!!
