Whoever the manager is on duty is rude! She was yelling across the store at her employees, she never smiled, she never greeted anyone, and she makes the atmosphere feel sad and depressing. One of her employees was talking about quitting because of the way she was talking to her and making demands to her. The food itself was to be expected. Nothing impressive. Moderately clean.
Love their sausage muffins!!
Chicken stripe were awful.

McDonald's in Jeff City is known for its convenient ordering process through the app. However, the drive-thru staff's etiquette has been criticized recently. Inside, the floor can be slippery due to oil, causing safety concerns. The reviewer has fond memories of McDonald's from their childhood, as an affordable and tasty treat provided by their hardworking mother. However, they feel that the quality of the food has declined over the years, while the prices have increased significantly.
