Yesterday was my husband's birthday. He decided he wanted pizza for dinner. I suggested Pizza Haus as I have tried it before and loved it, but he has never had it. We ate at the restaurant and the service was wonderful! I was a bit nervous to see if he liked it because he is super picky. But He LOVED it!!! I will say this, the food seems to handmade and tastes well enough. The stickler is that the food is far too expensive for what you get. $20 for a small pizza is insane. If the food went down a couple dollars I would give it another star, but as is, I cant go above 3.
So far The best pizza I've had in Missouri not typically a fan of tavern style pizza which I typically associate with being hard chewy and flavorlessness the dough flavor was fantastic it was the perfect has some sourness my guess is it's a sourdough but it's possible they used some other preferment or maybe it was just exceptionally proofed the Bake was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the toppings were high quality and perfectly placed as a pizza man...
