Pretty good, but took forever
There was a mishap today with my order, and apparently a door dasher that is incompetent and rude, The general manager Tasha or Tosha made this right and delivered my correct order in her personal vehicle to my work, this is outstanding and goes above and beyond, She Deserves Recognition! Thank you General Manager of Popeyes of Jefferson City, MO!

The chicken strips were all cold
Was out of everything we tried to order. Employees was headed to the dumpster then all of a sudden it smelled like someone hit a skunk(marijuana)!

Last three visit something was wrong. Like got rice not slaw. No slaw available and they forgot the fries. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweetened. 20 min wait time in drive thru.

This Popeyes has the best people working! They are friendly and get the orders accurate. The food is hot and fresh! Best Popeyes i have been to.

The old white guy with the horseshoe haircut at the counter is rude as hell for no reason always. Slow as it gets too, to the point it’s noticeably better when he’s not there. Everyone else I’ve ever interacted with there has been awesome.

Awful experience. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Guy came outside to ask what the order was again only to wait another 15 minutes. Then they brought it out and didn’t get the order right so I went back in and they
didn’t give an apology. Eventually I got my order. Do NOT recommend.

Almost every time I eat here , wether it’s takeout , DoorDash , dining , I’m waiting more than 20 minutes for my food and they never have what’s on the menu , they’ve been out of fries for nearly 2 weeks. How does that even happen ?

Every time we go they are out of menu items:
Today’s visit they were out of chicken legs and shrimp. Last visit they were out of shrimp and cole slaw.
Not sure how a Popeye’s can be out of chicken legs at 5pm on a Saturday.
