“We had dinner tonight at your restaurant. The food was great and one of the servers Lucky was amazing. However one of the servers was extremely rude and condescending. I told her the tea didn't taste fresh and she told me tea doesn't go bad and said it doesn't matter and walked away. When she came back to the table I asked to speak with her and told her the comment felt dismissive. She said that wasn't what she meant and I told her I understood but it felt that way. While I was still talking she said let me see what else you ordered and walked off. I asked her to see a manager and she said the manager wasn't in but she would check and that the manager didn't speak English well. I asked to speak to someone in charge and she said there was no one there and she couldn't give us a discount or give us anything free. I explained to her that we had not asked for anything discounted or free and she repeated that they couldn't and there was no one we could talk to. We had Lucky come back to the table and she apologized for her coworker and repeatedly told us how sorry she was and that was the other server has been that way with other customers. We came to Love Sushi tonight while in town visiting my brother. We will be back but will refuse service from the rude server we had tonight.“
“My friend took me there for my birthday. We had sushi, of which I am not a big fan. The highlight of the meal was the surprise birthday cake. It was beautifully presented and was my absolute favorite Tiramisu. I would return to Fuji, but next time I will get the hibachi.“
