We no longer go to Applebee’s at home Springfield Mo. But this Applebee’s is the way they all should be. First and foremost, our server, Zachary C. was fantastic! Friendly, attentive without being one of the types of servers that comes and bothers you nonstop asking if everything‘s OK. He checked in on us a couple times and personable. The food was cooked just right, Order to eat time just right. Parking lot and interior, clean and welcoming. I tried to use the QR code/scan to take the survey, but I had misplaced my receipt until now. I just wanna make sure to give the props for good service 👏

Didn't even make it to food. We sat at a booth not near the bar. But the talk coming from it as well as the servers was enough for us to walk out. On a Saturday at lunch and didn't have any server approach our table. There were only a few Cars in the parking lot.
Came here Saturday after going to Old Chicago and sitting at a table for 16 minutes without being greeted. We were so hungry we couldn’t wait. We arrived here and got a table pretty quickly, and our server was great. Awesome change from just getting terrible service like 15 minutes before somewhere else. Maybe Applebees will be my first choice next time!

Waiter was not nice and my mom couldn't even it her Alfredo the chicken was over cooked and my hamburger was so salty that I could eat it and my french fries where soggy.
