Horrible service today. Lady running the bar was more interested in talking than making drinks. Waited 15 after drinks were ordered. No drinks. Wife had to find waiter and ask for drinks again. 10 minutes later, finally got drinks. Waiter seamed confused. Not impressed today.

I came in here having the worst day ever!My mom kicked me out, my job fired me, my dog ran off, I did not pass my adult GED…So I can to Applebees to drown my sorrows. Bryan made me a drink, he made me two, he made me a third…. I tell you, my day completely turned around!Best bartender ever!!

Usually a great place to dine. Our waitess did not tend to our needs in a timely manner. The food was not as good as it normally is and took 30 to 45 min to get food. My fries were extremely dry and were definitely not fresh. Ate them any way due to being in a hurry. I don't know what's happening Applebee's, but I don't like it.

Busy evening at the bar. Great visibility of TVs to watch NCAA games. Good service. Drunk and over served customer made it a bit challenging to stay in last available seat, but he eventually realized it was time to leave.
My server did not even refill. My drinks, our food was cold. I did not even eat.Except for my salad, but I watched some other server. Trying, give my food to 3 different tables before I even got it. By the time I got it, it was cold. I normally do not have a problem with this Applebee's. I have usually had terrific service.But after this experience I do not think I will return the manager. Was the manager was okay, but he also did not know what happened. My recommendation recommend another server besides Teresa c.

We ordered food but it never came we order appetizers ate them still no food waiter came and ask did we order an hour we waited finally after telling him we ordered he said he get on it, we was there over hour still no food no drink refill we ask for check for appetizers and he said no it’s on house since we never got to eat. He did said there was only one cook and a lot of waiters place was full so I don’t know why me and granddaughter was forgotten. Our first time trying Applebees Well no again, sorry
