“Thursday, 3/16/23, about 3 p.m. or so, my husband and I stopped to get a pretzel. The girl working was at the back side of the booth washing a tray. She never acknowledged our presence, although she made direct eye contact with me at least twice. When she was done washing that tray, she picked up another one and continued washing. We never even got so much as a "Be right with you". After about 5 minutes of standing there with repeated eye contact, it became obvious she had no interest at all in helping us, so we walked away and got some nuggets at Chick Fil A instead. 0/10 for Auntie Anne's.“

“I LOVE CRUMBLE SOOOO MUCH!! The cookies are the best things I’ve like ever tasted!! But crumble is either a really big hit for people or people just hate it. But I’m definitely one of those people that love it.
