Great place to eat if you have restrictive diet

Braums is always a great place to take family for a outting.

All I can say is YUMMY 😋

Braums is charging the same amount for their burgers and fries as sit down Restraunts are like Chilis and Applebee's. Yet my fries were ice cold. This is after I explained to the person taking my order that of all the other places to choose from I just wanted a good Braums burger and fries.

Terrific ice cream n burgers

As much as I'd hate to do this this braums location has REALLY gone down hill. And it's sad to see what happens when you let terrible management ruin what was once a decent establishment. So here's my beef; i place an order at the drive-through (of which not all items they can make because their frozen yogurt machine is broken) there was an error reading my card, so i told the gentleman please do NOT cancel the order. Suspend the order and continue to make it I'll be back with cash. Perhaps 8 minutes elapsed and i return with my cash in hand. Walk into the store to find my order hadn't been made and had been aborted. I told the cashier I'm not placing the order again. This is only the latest of a string of bad occurrences at thia location not mentioning the number of times they forgot my fries or 2 chicken strips are missing when i pay for 6 or the fact that those shopping carts haven't been washed in who knows how long... individual employees are not to blame here. This falls directly upon the shoulders of a manager! The same one who always has her back to the counter. I've been a loyal customer to this braums location however that changes today! June 23, 2022 approximately 5pm.

Second Edit in 3 years Again they forgot about my 2 extra Nuggets, that I paid for! This is a big deal as I have 2 small children who were looking forward to their extra strips. So at this time I have decided to keep my review @ 1 star. If we could go just 6 months without this kind of issue I would change it to a 4 or something.

Great food great service. Doesn't matter which Braums we go to, its always great. Quarter pounder with bacon better than another burger joint. We also buy our milk at Braums, A2 for easier digestion.
