My malt was a great bonus on a long trip. Great stopping spot for a driving break.

Customer service is so good, my favorite place to eat a meal. The food is a bit bland, with chicken was rubbery, and they can't put lettuce on a sandwich without charging $1.50.
The ice cream on the other hand was very delightful. My kids very much enjoyed it?

I will never return to your store. Everytime I buy breakfast, there is something missing. I always buy pancakes and my order is usually missing plasticware, syrup or butter, often two out of the three. The pancakes themselves are often in pieces which i hope isn't an indicator of them being dropped on the floor. Employees are very unfriendly as well.

received the wrong flavor and it was runny and melty. i work overnight and stopped after work and made it home when i realized it was the wrong flavor. i called and the lady was kind of rude which is why im leaving a review. i was also told to hold onto the ice cream and to bring it back to the store later… im sorry but im not gonna let an ice cream sit for hours just to get my order remade that you messed up on. spent 4$ on melted ice cream that wasnt the correct flavor. i had even settled for a flavor i didn’t want to begin with because they only had the holiday flavors out. i was very understanding just to be treated the way i was. she knew exactly my order as well then told me to bring my receipt (which is no problem) and i said “okay let me check the bag because i dont see a receipt” and before i could finish saying “it may be in my car still” she says “we give out receipt with EVERY order.” like girlie is treating me as if im tryna scam braums over 4 dollars …. it was never that deep. i rarely eat ice cream and was having a craving so im bummed.i also have a video of the ice cream. it was suppose to be a double scoop and it the video you can clearly see it’s just a melted mess and there was zero strawberry as well which was also how i knew it was not the right flavor for one of the scoops.

If you want what you order dont go here , if you want to waste 40 minutes waiting on your food go here , and then they want to pull you around so they can make you wait longer and be rude about it. Definitely need someone in there that knows what they are doing, this used to be a place i would take my family.
