“WOW!! We went through the drive thru on 1/2/26, and literally everything about our experience was PERFECT. No joke 10/10. we ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger combos, our burgers were literally steaming!! everything was so fresh and delicious, even the veggies on our burgers. the braums sauce was made perfectly. we had plenty of napkins. our shakes were thick. and we were in line for less than 5 minutes!! AND one of the employees befriended our dog!! I don’t know if i’ve ever even left a review for a fast food joint before, but I couldn’t not share our experience today. “I don't know if everyone realizes the ice cream recipes is from Bill Anderson's in Joplin when it was off Main Street a long time ago. I had that ice cream as a child, when my cousin worked there. Their cheeseburgers are fantastic. Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I recently went to this restaurant and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the waitstaff made the experience even better with engaging conversation about our motorcycles. We'll definitely be back“

“Customer service is so good, my favorite place to eat a meal. The food is a bit bland, with chicken was rubbery, and they can't put lettuce on a sandwich without charging $1.50.

“First time here and it's the only remaining Hardee's in the area (that I know of anyways?). Location on and off I44 was very easy. Place was clean and order took only couple moments to prepare. I bought son the food for work, so can't really comment honestly on taste, but I'll add his thoughts if we go back. Price co.pares with other fast food costs in the area. Service was very good, greeted with a smile, and personnel behind the counter was very friendly. Be mindful to watch your vehicle as you are at a truck stop location......“

Talk about drool-inducing food. My stars! While the prices have increased with inflation over the past several years, there are few chains that produce such well-constructed, consistent, flavorful burgers as Five Guys.
The friendly team at the Joplin Five Guys is quick to greet you, are attentive to take your order, and they promptly serve it in a little brown bag full of joy! Thankful for fast, friendly service at Five Guys. I always get a smile from the cork boards with crayons and note cards guests can use to show their appreciation and creativity.
Love the fries with cajun seasoning (which is gluten-free), but the plain fries are delicious. I love them with salt & pepper and a side of mayo or ketchup. Love that Five Guys lets you personalize any burger with grilled onions, raw onion, pickles, A-1 steak sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, etc. The tasty burgers are wrapped in tin foil & while I love to eat the burger fresh in restaurant with hot fries, I once had my wife bring one home that sat in the fridge a few hours, and that burger marinated in the flavors and aged to perfection inside that foil wrapper. Incredible.
There's no bad time for Five Guys. Always a delicious treat. 😋“

“Very tasty food the only thing is, it's expensive a meal for just 2 people cost $ 35 a fast food place shouldn't cost that much and the cashier was rushing us and they wasn't busy at that time but all in all food was good!!!

“Today has been the worse experience I ever had at here. we made a mobile. On the mobile order one drink was suppose to be medium but on their end it said small. I wasn't charged for it. Then when I got home my medium fries were small fries. And that I did get charged extra for. The guy at the window seem like he did not know what he was doing and the girl was not helping him. I even showed him my mobile order. Y'all want $15 an hour and what not but why when you can't even follow a simple order that is on screen word for word. Y'all deserve nothing more than minimal wage where people such as nursing assistants should get the $15 an hour that you get.“
