“Food is always perfect and comes out quick, even when they are busy. But the customer service is what tops it. For a crew that has to work in a mall, these guys make this chick fil a better than ANY of the drive thru locations in Joplin. We were served by Hawkins who was amazing, he was super polite, never missed a word we said, and without being asked he came all the way across the food court to our table just to grab our drinks and refill them just as he did for EVERYONE in the mall! GREAT guy, love his attitude and work ethic. Day made. Give that man a promotion. Thank you Hawkins!“
“Fire. You literally cannot go wrong here. Clearly you have to like chicken, but I mean come on … who doesn’t like chicken. Workers are absolutely fire. They literally go above and beyond at this company. Can’t say enough great things! Will be back… Lord willing!
