We ordered online and went to pick it up 40 minutes later and it hadn't been started, they asked if I had ordered it at a different location. I had to show them their address and my info on my phone, then the order "appeared" and they said it must have been a glitch.

Waited nearly 25 minutes longer and they didn't have my complete order, had to sub sides and chicken pieces. It was nearly $70 for our food. It was good, except the biscuits were too hard. Everything else was fine, and the staff member that spoke to us kept apologizing and trying to fix things and make it right.

They were busy and I get it. But $70 is a lot for food, and we preordered and pre-paid online. It should have been ready and complete at the pick up time, and not been bumped behind people ordering that hadn't paid yet. Several people walked in and went through the drive through as I was waiting for our order.“

Great customer service and by the way, this was my first time there. I will go again! I shared my gizzards and chicken breast nuggets and still had some leftover! Champs Chicken is a Champ for me!“

“The drive-thru clerk was not very pleasant. Not rude, but not nice either. Didn't get some of the sauces we asked for, which would have made the dry chicken tolerable. And, we asked for pink or yellow sweetener for our tea, and he tossed a handful of sugar at us and shut the window.“
