“I had the best latte and coffee I've had in ages! I am constrained to drink decaf and the owner was so accommodating he pulled the decaf shots until he was satisfied with the taste. I had the house favorite, Sweet and Salty, decaf with oat milk and sugar free. My husband had a Snickers and pronounced it excellent as well. The owner was very welcoming. We had great conversation while waiting for our drinks. And probably the most bottles of syrups I have ever seen in one location...sugar free counterparts for nearly every choice.
The ambiance was welcoming, child friendly and perfect for spending time sipping our brews. A definite 5⭐️ experience. We'll e loyal customers every time we visit Joplin. It's worth the drive.“

“We stopped here on a Saturday morning. The service was super fast, but it is 1 gentleman working doing all the things. The decor and theme is awesome. He was friendly and did a good job with our coffee. He did a great job and the coffee was good. My wife enjoyed her cold food food coffee too. Highly recommend this place. “Greeted first by super friendly employees, both in the lot and at the window! And the coffee drinks were really good: Golden Eagle and Annihilator. Not overly sweet or bitter like the other brands. Glad we stopped. This was our first Dutch Bros. experience, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“I only put 5 stars because I wanted this review to stand out. Upon entering the store I was note greeted with a warm welcome as the group of white people that entered after me were. My drink was watered down, and again I witnessed the team give a warm goodbye to the white couple that left the store right before me. But as I went to leave the store I was not given a goodbye or happy holidays like those before me. A shame, and the store bathroom was filthy as well. It’s 2025, no matter the color of their skin, everyone should be treated the same!“

“yall. i can place my order in the app (Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, 6 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder) and they will have it HOT(or iced) and ready by the time im at the window no joke. the baristas at this location are fast and take their job seriously, as my drink is made and looks the exact same every single time no matter who makes it. and is always served with a smile! love this location, and love the baristas. great job yall!“

“we were traveling thru Joplin and stopped to get starbucks for the drive, i had ordered ahead via app, so i did not know how busy this location is. we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. When we got to the window Raygan (sorry if spelled wrong) greeted us with a smile and was so polite and happy and positive despite how busy he was. more service industries need employees like him. Well done. it made my morning to see such positive attitude in our current world.“

“Spent $20 on breakfasts for myself and twins which was decent. And the food was actually fresh. I’m new to this area so this McDonald’s in particular has already won me over. I will not eat at any McDonald’s in Joplin. They are terrible and I also questioned the cleanliness of them but this McDonald’s in particular is a 10 out of 10.“
