Disrespectful girl at the drive thru window has no customer skills whatsoever. Very disrespectful and rude for no reason when I asked for the rest of my food she rolled her eyes and then I had to come back thru because my food wasn’t cooked all the way like come on who wants to eat half raw chicken not me and I asked to speak to the manager and she helped me gave me fresh food but the girl who was rude was sitting there talking to her other coworkers and point being rude like it was there business. I don’t think I will ever eat at this place again l. Fast food restaurants need to work on who they hire

I was going to get food in the drive through…but while waiting to order we saw a worker walk over by the dumpster and smoke weed then cough so much he looked as though he was going to throw up. It was so disgusting we decided to go somewhere else for dinner.

Great food, seriously. BUT the wait is too much. After we waited in the drive thru for 15mins we were told at the order intake that there would be a 25min wait from there. This is, unfortunately, not an isolated incident. It's too bad because I'd really like to eat their food again.

My husband and I love Freddy’s and we visit often, but lately the service at this location has been awful. The employees are rude, the wait is LONG even when they aren’t busy, and our food is always thrown in the bag like they did it intentionally. We are very sad that this location is struggling because we love it, but it’s very upsetting to get such terrible service at one of our favorite fast-food joint.
I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be told they can’t give me my mobile order in the drive thru, even though I have done this numerous times before without any issue. Then proceeded to go inside and waited another 30 minutes to get our food. At least 20 minutes past the promised time for our food to be ready. Then they forgot our ice cream and we had to wait around to even be noticed to get help with the rest of our order. Terrible customer service
