I don’t know what is going on with Moso tonight but it was a little disappointing. They took an hour to make my sushi roll, and they didn’t put as much toppings on it as normal either. I have always enjoyed it before and they typically don’t take very long. ( I understand they were busy, they normally are) But this is the first time they took this long. I ask for extra toppings and they wouldn’t let me have the extra toppings even with me paying.

The best hibachi in Southwest Missouri! The portions are always overflowing, saucy, and HOT from the grill which goes to show how fresh it's being made. The sushi is also delicious, I've had a few mishaps where I've been give the wrong roll BUT I never make a fuss because they're all good! It'd be like complaining I got lobster instead of crab, it all tastes so luxury for an affordable price! 2 big hibachi meals plus 3 different specialty sushi rolls came out to around $70 with the tip as well 😊

I've been eating Mosa since they came to Joplin and I've never been disappointed. They are wicked fast at fulfilling my online orders, regularly beating the estimated wait time. When I show up, the sweet girls at the window are always so bright and bubbly - giving me a great experience when picking up my food.
The hibachi deal is an awesome deal for the price and I've tried over 10 of their rolls - all have been delicious.

I want to start by saying that I love Mosa’s food, however, almost every single time I order from here, I either have to be refunded because of an incorrectly rung up order, I’m given the wrong food, my order is lost completely, or I have a lot of difficulty even getting through on the phone. Just today, I called and was immediately hung up on. My phone only rang once before going to voicemail, I tried a couple more times and same thing. But when I drove over to see that they were open I wasn’t surprised because this has happened multiple times. It seems to me that Mosa has a high turnover rate, and almost exclusively employs young kids. Maybe high school age, or just graduated. I don’t have a problem with that, but either Mosa does not prioritize training for their staff, or they almost exclusively hire incompetent people. Almost every time I eat there, the person checking me out has an issue with the card machine, an issue ringing up the order, or doesn’t keep track of the order at all. This has happened so many times that I’m actually writing a review about it now. I’m not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but it’s just very frustrating to have the same bad service over and over again.

The crab Rangoon here is my husband's absolute favorite!! There is crab meet and green onions inside and it is so good!! The sushi here is phenomenal. I've never ordered anything and not loved it off this menu.
