Red Lobster has come, and gone. This used to be a place to go for celebrations, and to have an upscale date night. One of the truly disturbing facts about how far downhill they have gone, is the lack of pride in the product they serve. The Maine lobster was microwaved, to the point it was like eating a piece of leather. There were literally no redeeming qualities to speak of in our dining experience. Very sad to say we will never go back. There is literally no point in paying 100$ plus, for a microwaved dinner for two, that is below subpar.

My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. She ordered the Seafood platter that was huge! Our waiter R was very nice and took care of us great. My daughter even got a birthday card from the staff and an ice cream sundae. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food received.

The manager, Austin Schmidt was awesome! Very personable. I could tell he had his staff trained well. Lots of smiles and great customer service. Sometimes you go in restaurants and it seems like they don't want you there. This place was not like that at all. Very welcoming!

This was our BEST experience eating out since moving to Missouri 4 years ago! All the food was AMAZING. The guy at the desk took a lobster out and showed our son and let him touch it and our waiter I believe the name was Alex was absolutely amazing. He was WONDERFUL!!!

1. I was really enjoying my hamburger, until I found a 2-3" black hair in my mouth 🤮. Unfortunately, we took our food home after getting full on appetizers, so I couldn't say anything. 2. It's sad to see the live lobsters in their aquarium right next to people eating. How can someone eat something that's staring at you eating it!? Poor things.

Always great good and service at Red Lobster in Joplin. It was a fun Valentine's Day.

Definitely not the same red lobster as 10+ years ago. It feels like they are slowly declining and are not a spot to go on a Friday night for a family meal.
