We loved this waffle house and became regulars. After my husband's interaction with Kenneth the manager, however, I decided we will not be back. We were new to Joplin when we started coming last year, and the staff made us feel welcome. The waitresses here are amazing. Food was great. Thank you for making our time in Joplin enjoyable.

I've been going here for several years, always pleased.
On January 10, 2025 i went in and sat down, was there longer than normal and this bunch that was on this shift didn't even know i was there for awhile.
The employees were pre-occupied in loud conversations with some other young folk sittingat the counter area.
I've never been disappointed with the service until this night.
