Location has extremely rude staff and management. We went to get 2 4 for $5s, and we have done what we wanted at multiple other Wendy’s locations. We usually get the 4 for $5 (used to be 4 for $4, but that’s neither nor there), when we order it we upgrade the fries to Baconator Fries. We are informed of an upgrade charge and get our food.
This location apparently has a new “corporate law” (their words) of not doing this order. We left without completing our order...read full review
Today has been the worse experience I ever had at here. we made a mobile. On the mobile order one drink was suppose to be medium but on their end it said small. I wasn't charged for it. Then when I got home my medium fries were small fries. And that I did get charged extra for. The guy at the window seem like he did not know what he was doing and the girl was not helping him. I even showed him my mobile order. Y'all want $15 an hour and what not but why when you can't even follow...read full review
A rude and arrogant employee looked me up and down and advised that they stop serving breakfast at 10.30 the time was 10.35 makes you think
