They messed up my order multiple times on one order. The person running the register Denise tried to tell me the order was right. The manager Josiah was rude. My mom put the bag of burgers on the counter and the manager made us wait for about 7 minutes before trying to fix the problem. Then told my mom she doesn't need to be rude, she was told by the manager that she saw the line and knows mistakes will happen. Same Wendy's that put my mother in the hospital because of their mistakes.
